Yesterday I Made this lens From a Peephole, some cardboard, and a wire spool.  There are many variations of his all over the web but this is mine and the results of mine.  The main short coming of this little adapter is that a lot of the frame is lost or blacked out because of the small opening and lens.

With my point and shoot the camera can be zoomed in and the image becomes larger, making less of the frame wasted. to take pictures this way I just hold the peephole over the lens and keep it aligned.  My SD630 needs way more light to take pics through the peephole, so it is probably only good for out door pics.

I will Probably add some black felt to the back side and spray paint the rest black to give it a more pro look.

I am now working on a beetle walking on a log.  The background Footage was shot with my new Canon 7D.  I have it tracked and basically blocked out, now I am working on detailing the beetle in Zbrush.

Yesterday and today I built an add-on for my swing out spare tire carrier.  I mounted my Hi-Lift to the back to keep it out of the cab, and hopefully eliminate some rattling in the back.

I am now moving back to the Magua model. Here is a quick Zbrush Render.

The Modeling and lighting is done now I need to get camera angles figured out and all the Frames rendered.

Now I have the Plants and flowers.  I need to pose the Monster and I am thinking of also adding a butterfly for him to be looking at.

I have decided to make a more cartoon like creature for my reel.  This is one that I drew up for Zoe’s First Birthday, I liked it so much I made it in 3D.It still needs to be rigged, posed, and some plants added to the base.

I am Now working on a Fire Dragon to add to my reel.

Things for “Alice in Wonderland” have wrapped up.  My job as a render wrangler at CAFEFX is over,  and now I am looking for work.
